Product broken or other complaint?

We give a standard two-year warranty on all our products. Should something go wrong within these two years, the product will be replaced free of charge by an identical or similar product. This is based on normal use. Please use the contact form at the bottom of the page, even if something went wrong with your order. We will solve this as soon as possible and to the best of our ability.


How soon must I report a defect or complaint?

The sooner we hear your complaint, the sooner we can resolve it. Report a product defect within a reasonable time. A reasonable period under the law is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. In the event of transport damage, please contact us immediately using the form below.


How do I return an item and get my money back?

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, you can do so by contacting us via email, phone or whatsapp. If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the products, please notify us by using the form below . We will send you the shipping instructions. The shipping costs for returning products are for your own account. The shipping costs for a whiteboard are approximately € 15. For a package, these costs are approximately € 7.50. For the exact rates, please consult the website of your carrier.


With an internet purchase you have a guaranteed and unconditional right of withdrawal up to 14 days after receipt of the products. After exercising the right of withdrawal, you still have 14 days to return the product. Once the products are received by us, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible in the same way that it was paid. We pay within 48 hours after receiving the product. If a product has been damaged (by use or otherwise), costs may be charged. Please return products in the same condition as you received them. Use the form below to request your return, or to ask for a solution for a possible defect of a product.

If we have not found a suitable solution and you are not satisfied, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
