Whiteboardmaster cares about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services and we are careful with the information that we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy is applicable to the use of the website and the services of Whiteboardmaster that are derived from it. The effective date for the validity of these terms and conditions is the 11th of January 2022, with the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes which information about you is collected by us, what this information is used for, and with whom and under what conditions this information may be shared with third parties. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you have provided us with. About the data processing

Webshop software

Our webshop is developed with software from CCV shop. Personal data that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. CCV shop has access to your information to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your information for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have made with them, CCV shop is obliged to take appropriate security measures. CCV shop uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data are collected and/or stored.

 

Webhosting

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from CCV Shop & Antagonist. CCV Shop & Antagonist process personal data on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. CCV Shop & Antagonist have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. CCV Shop & Antagonist are bound by an agreement of confidentiality.

 

Mail and mailing lists

We send our newsletters and transactional emails using our web shop software 'CCV shop'. All confirmation emails that you receive from our website and web forms are sent through the servers of CCV shop. CCV shop will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this link, you will no longer receive e-mails from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data are securely transmitted, stored and accessed by CCV shop. For our regular business e-mail traffic, we use the services of CCV Shop & Antagonist. CCV Shop & Antagonist have no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

 

Payment processors

To process (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Sisow. Sisow processes your name, address and residence details and your payment information, such as your bank account or credit card number. Sisow has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Sisow reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, as part of this, to share (anonymised) data with third parties.

 

All the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Sisow's services for which it engages third parties. Sisow will not retain your data any longer than permitted by law.

 

Reviews

We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on their own website. We sell (some of) our items through the platforms of Marktplaats.nl, Bol.com and Amazon. If you place an order via one of these platforms, these platforms share your order and personal data with us. We use this information to process your order. We treat your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss and unauthorised use.

However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your instructions.
